Issac Newton is a specialist Astronomy, Theologian, Mathematician as well as a great physicist who came from England. Examples of Newton’s 1st, 2nd, 3rd Laws in Daily Life
Alright personally, I will discuss about each example of Newton’s 1st Law, Newton’s 2nd Law examples, Newton’s 3rd Law examples in everyday life. Here’s a clarification and an example:
Newton’s 1st Law Example
Newton’s 1st law has a voice, namely, “If the resultant force contained in an object acts with a value of zero, then an object that is initially at rest will remain at rest. An object that initially moves in a straight line will also continue to move in a straight line”. Newton’s law is related to the moisture properties of objects. Therefore, an object will be more inclined to maintain its position. In other words, objects can be said to be lazy to move. Below is an example of Newton’s 1st rule in everyday life:
- When a bicycle or motorcycle brakes, the body will move forward.
- When a four-wheeled vehicle or motorcycle is gassed, the body will be pushed/moved backwards.

Newton’s 2nd Law Example
Newton’s 2nd law has a voice that is, “An object has an acceleration that is equal to the sum of the forces and inversely proportional to the mass of the object”. Newton’s laws work with the conditions of motion of an object. An object will acquire a force and mass that need to be considered. Below is an example of Newton’s 2nd rule in everyday life:
- A person who is pushing a cart with a certain amount of force. Then the cart will move with a certain acceleration as well.
- A truck moving with a mass of 2 tons will have an acceleration of 2 m/s.

Then Newton’s 3rd Law also has a voice, namely, “If an object shows a force on another object then the object will also show a back force of the same magnitude, but in the opposite direction. Newton’s law works with the force of aggression and reaction force. In the words On the other hand, an object that exhibits an aggressive force will have a reaction force. Below are examples of Newton’s 3rd rule in everyday life:
- When we are rowing a boat. The boat will be rowed from behind, then the boat will move forward. This is because the water is given a force that comes from the oars.
- When launching a water rocket. The water contained in the rocket will experience high pressure because it contains detergent. When the lid of the rocket is opened, water will spurt and push the rocket up.
