What is Telkomsel’s Ministry of Education and Culture quota?
The Telkomsel Kemendikbud quota is a learning subsidy quota for students and teachers in the form of internet quotas and multimedia (learning) quotas given by the government to Telkomsel customers who have registered their numbers at schools or campuses. The subsidy quota from the government is given for 4 months, from September to December 2020.
The Ministry of Education and Culture’s Learning Quota is a combination of Education Quota for access to e-learning sites and applications, Conference Quota for access to video conferencing platforms, and Chat Quota for using the WhatsApp application.

- Education quota can be used to access Google Classroom, Zenius, Rumah Belajar, Quipper, Cakap, Bahaso, AyoBlajar, Kippin School 4.0, Sekolahmu, Udemy, Duolingo, Birru educational video meetings and other online learning applications as well as hundreds of campus e-learning portals and school.
- Conference quota can be used to access Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco Webex, UMeetMe, and Microsoft Teams applications.
- The chat quota which is part of the Ministry of Education and Culture’s learning quota can be used by friends to access the WhatsApp application.

Free 50GB internet quota for students (elementary, junior high, high school, vocational school)
From my survey and experience, PAUD, Elementary & Secondary Education students will get an internet package in the form of a Simpati Sim Card from Telkomsel from the school, so every homeroom teacher will give a sim card to all students in the school,
so the new sim card already contains an internet package for a study quota of
20GB (5GB MoEC Internet Quota & 15GB MoEC Learning Quota) up to
42GB (5GB Kemdikbud Internet Quota & 37GB Kemdikbud Learning Quota) depending on the provisions of each school
